RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be sent to the following address:

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Before returning a product, please ensure that the following conditions are met in accordance with our terms and conditions:

  • The product must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, candles that have already been lit are excluded from return and refund.
  • Incomplete, damaged, used or altered items will not be accepted.
  • The return request must be submitted to us within 14 days of delivery of your order.

INSPECTION AND REFUND
Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality control process, which may take several business days.
You will be notified once the items have been inspected. If the return complies with our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days of the confirmation email using the original payment method. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned products have been received at the specified return address.

RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. For returns from non-EU countries, any applicable customs or import duties may be deducted from the refund amount. These fees are charged by the relevant customs authorities and cannot be determined in advance.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Please note that the time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on the internal processing times of your financial institution.
